A: USA, UK, Germany, China, Australia and elsewhere. Many products are made locally from imported materials.

Q: How are the products made?
A: Every product is made custom to order. So whatever you order you will get. This means delivery takes 2-5 extra days for production time. Then the product is shipped immediately to you.

Q: How do I make sure I'll get the product?
A: We have tracking codes. They're generated as soon as the product is shipped (this is after production, see the question immediately above, so it can take 2-5 days to get the tracking code).

Q: Do you do returns?
A: Yes, with some conditions. Please see the refund policy in the footer of the webpage for details.
